Bobby Carl Johnson age 52 passed away Tuesday Night February 4, 2014 at DeKalb Community Hospital ER.  He was the son of the late Ed and Luree Mears Johnson.  He was a member of New Beginnings Church in Cookeville, and attended New Life United Pentecostal Church in Smithville.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 Brothers: Mike Johnson, Terry Johnson & Perry Johnson; 1 Sister: Fairy Bowman; Grandson; Derrick Ray Mashburn.  A Graveside service will be held Friday February 7, 2014 2:PM at Hale Cemetery in the Pea Ridge Community.  Visitation will be Friday 11:AM until 1:30 PM at which time Mr. Johnson's remains will be taken to the cemetery for the graveside.  Survivors include 4 children: Mark (Kaycie) Johnson of Smithville, Mary Johnson (Jamie Barrett) of Woodbury, Fairy Johnson (Ray Mashburn) of Dowelltown and Angela Pittard (Jonathon Ferrell) of Dowelltown; Mother of his children: Kathy Johnson of Smithville; Mother-in-law: Carmine Bain of Dowelltown; 4 Brothers: Matt (Peggy) Johnson of Morrison, Ronnie (Becky) Johnson of Smyrna, Marty (Cathy) Johnson of Murfreesboro and Eddie Mears; Sister: Connie Johnson (Jerry Haslam) of Murfreesboro; Grandchildren: Joshua, Brooklyn, Kimberly, Tiffany, Justin, Addison, Brian and Christopher Johnson, Alyssa, Erick and Noah Mashburn, Ashley and Jrodyn Barrett, Landon and Kayden Fults and Adrian Larragoytia.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
