Judy Carol Burton age 61 of Silver Point passed away Sunday morning, March 26, 2017 at her daughter's residence.  She was born December 31, 1955 to her parents, the late William J. and Mildred D. Sutton Smith.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Burton; sister, Sharon Holiday.  She was a member of the Wolf Creek Baptist Church and a homemaker.  Survivors include her daughter, Angela Hutchings of Silver Point; brother, Lillard"Yogi" Smith of Silver Point; sister, Altie Marie Tucker of Silver Point.  Funeral services will be conducted 3:PM Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Herb Leftwich officiating and burial to follow in DeKalb Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be on Monday 5:PM until 8:PM and Tuesday 12 Noon until the time of the service at 3:PM.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
