Mary Lee "Peewee" Mantz age 54 of McMinnville passed away Monday afternoon at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville.  She was the daughter of the late Norval Lee and Mary Magdalene Driver Judkins, Sr.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Vickey Judkins and Diane.  She was disabled.  Survivors include her husband of 22 years, Joseph E. Mantz of McMinnville; 2 children, Amanda Beth Martin of McMinnville and Rickey Lynn Martin, Jr. of Smithville; 1 grandson, Isaac Luther Martin; 1 brother, Norval Lee Judkins, Jr. of McMinnville; 1 sister, Loyce Marie Judkins of Smithville; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.  A special "Thank You" to Connie Beltz for your friendship and care given to Mary.  The family has honored Mary's request to be cremated and a service will be held at a later date.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
