Shirley Ann (Magness) Pack

Shirley Ann (Magness) Pack age 75 of Smithville was born August 10, 1942 to her parents, the late Austin and Christine Webb Magness, and went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday evening, February 7, 2018 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Pack.  Ann was a member of the Webb's Chapel United Methodist Church and a homemaker.  She leaves to cherish her memories, daughter, Trena Donnette Pack and special friend Ronnie Mac Davis of Smithville; several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.  Funeral services celebrating Ann's life will be held on 2:PM Saturday, February 10, 2018 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bros. Bernard Houk, Doyle Slager and Michael Hale officiating and entombment will be at DeKalb Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.  Visitation with the family will be on Friday 3:PM until 8:PM and Saturday 10:AM until the time of the service at 2:PM.  In addition to flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.  Donnette would like to express her appreciation to the Nurses and Staff of NHC HealthCare Center and Dr. Kevin Rhody for the love and care shown to Ann.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
