Gary Lane Hale

Gary Lane Hale age 45 of Sparta passed away Thursday January 3, 2019 at his residence.  He was born September 25, 1973 to his parents, the late Bernice Hale and Nettie Brown Goodwin Hale.  He was a factory worker and a member of Indian Creek Baptist Church.  Graveside service will be held 3:30PM Tuesday January 8, 2019 at Whorton Springs Cemetery with Bro. Ricky Scott officiating.  No public visitation will be held family and friends will meet at the cemetery for graveside.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by son Gary Lane Hale, II.  Survivors include his wife: Dawn Hale of Sparta; 3 children: Jessica Betancur of McMinnville, Matthew Hale of Sparta, Nathaniel Hale of Columbia; Grandchildren: Cilia Lina Betancur, Logan Betancur, DeAngelo Betancur, Damian Betancur; Several aunts, uncles and cousins; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law: Al & Donna McManus of McMinnville; Brother-in-law: Alan (Michelle) McManus of Liberty; Niece: Alicia Anderson.  Family ask that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
