Joshua William Murphy

Joshua William Murphy the 6 month old infant son of Patricia Sowell and Cody Murphy, passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019 at his residence.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by 1 sister, Maliyah Murphy; grandparents, Darrell (Brandy) Murphy of Murfreesboro, Dawn Murphy of Florida, William Sowell (Amy Hunter) of Nashville, and Kristi Olvey (Shane Dawson) of Liberty; great-grandparents, Clara Murphy of Smithville, Sharon Tingay (Jimmy Campbell), Hazel Johnson of Smithville, and Harold Murphy of Smithville; several aunts and uncles also survive.  Funeral services will be 12 Noon Thursday, October 10, 2019 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Ric Lee officiating and burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery on Tuesday, October 15, 2019.  Visitation with the family will be on Thursday 9:AM until the time of the service at 12 Noon.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
