Nina Brown Hendrixson age 92 passed away Thursday night December 21, 2017 at The Webb House in Smithville.  She was born July 29, 1925 to her parents, the late B.R. and Maggie Smithson Alexander.  Ms. Nina was a member at the Smithville Church of Christ.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Sam Hendrixson; Daughter & Son-in-law: Doris & John Williams; Brother: Arnold Alexander; Sisters: Flaklon Davenport, Alvena Barrett; and Danny Hollingsworth.  Funeral Services for Ms. Nina will be conducted 1:PM Sunday December 24, 2107 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bros. Dan Gulley and Tim Woodward officiating and burial to follow in the Whorton Springs Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be held Saturday 11:AM until 8:PM and Sunday 9:AM until time of the service at 1:PM.  Survivors include Daughter: Donna Hendrixson (Terry) Mahle of Smithville; 1 Granddaughter: LaVaughnda Baker of McMinnville; Great-Grandson: Wesley Houston Tatrow of Smithville; Nephews: C.B. (Ann) Hollingsworth, Paul (Donna) Alexander, James (Freda) Bryson all of Woodbury; Nieces: Mary Ann Daniels and Beverly (Ricky) Bogle of Woodbury; 1 Special Great-Niece: Pam Perez and 1 Great-Great Niece Hannah Perez of Miami, FL.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
