Robert "Big Ed" White

Robert "Big Ed" White age 48 of Smithville, passed away Tuesday night, October 23, 2018 at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital ER.  He was born January 20, 1970 to his parents, the Charles and the late Diane Smith White.  He was a Baptist and worked with H&H Grave Service for several years.  He is survived by his wife, Jennifer White of Smithville; son, Matthew White of Smithville; 2 daughters, Savanah White and Sarah White both of Smithville; father, Charlie White of Alabama; 3 sisters, Charlene White of Hendersonville, Mary Spangler of McMinnville and Shelia (Paul) Clayton of Alabama; mother-in-law, Renny (David) Stinson of Bon Aqua; father-in-law, Jimmy (Jeanine) Atnip of Cookeville; 2 brothers-in-law, Jimmy Atnip, II (Stephanie Barber) of Smithville and Derrick (Megan) Stinson of Sevierville; sister-in-law, Jamie Goodson of Smithville; several nieces and nephews also survive.  The family has chosen direct cremation and a Memorial Service will be held 3:PM Monday, October 29, 2018 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating.  Visitation with the family will be on Monday 11:AM until the time of the service at 3:PM.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
