Albert Hugh Knight

Albert Knight age 61 passed away Saturday August 13, 2022, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.  Mr. Knight was born January 6,1961 to his parents the late James Bedford and Anna Sue Smallwood Knight. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ledia Nokes; granddaughter, Shyanna Knight; 2 brothers, Joe Knight and Phillip Knight; sister, Charlotte Johnson. He was a Mechanic and a Farmer. He is survived by his children, Sandra Knight, Sue Knight, James Knight, Bradley Knight, and Angel Knight.; grandchildren, Christopher Gibbs, Navaya Knight, Dillion Johnson, Anna Knight, Katelyn Knight, Romeo Knight, Clayton, Madison and Tiera Knight, Heaven, Danny, and Kimora Austin; great-grandchildren, Patience Knight, Addison and Aiden Gibbs; sister, Frances Watts. Graveside services and interment will be 1:PM Tuesday at DeKalb Cemetery with Bro. Michael Hale officiating.  Visitation will be Monday 4:00PM till 7:00PM and on Tuesday 10:00AM until 12:30 PM at which time Mr. Knight will be taken to the cemetery for the graveside service. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
