Allen Lee Bristow age 49 of Smithville, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was born August 2, 1976, to his parents, Allen Lee and Colleen Marie Condon Bristow, Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Rick Bristow and grandparents, Peggy and Richard Condon. He was a drywall salesperson and served six years in the United States Army where he was a Corporal. He is survived by his wife, Brooke Bristow of Smithville; two sons, Brenden (Savannah) Bristow and Blake Bristow both of Cookeville; stepson, Kobbe (Leah) Clary of Lebanon; beloved dogs, Smokey and Daisy Mae; grandpup, Coco; brother-in-law, Kaine Bouldin of Smithville; mother-in-law, Melinda Blocker of Smithville; grandmother-in-law, Rita Wall of Smithville; two cousins, Nikki Ault and Kelly Ault; friends, Justin Iwanski, Chad New, Cheyney (Amber) New, Tim (Jennifer) Trapp and Dan (Jennifer) Bill. The family has honored Mr. Bristow's request to be cremated and a private graveside service will be held with Military Honors to be conducted by the Veterans Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the family to help with medical and funeral expenses. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Bristow family.
