Annie (Smith) Puckett

Annie Puckett, age 87, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at her residence in Smithville. She was born March 11, 1936 to her parents, the late Lester and Lori Roller Smith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Orville "Spark" Puckett; daughter, Vella Ferrell. Ms. Puckett was a member of Sink Creek Missionary Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She is survived by children, Troy M. (Glenda) Ferrell of McMinnville, Tommy (Lillian) Ferrell of Grundy County, Janie Green of Smithville, Linda Sue (Charles) White of McMinnville, Jimmy (Melissa Ann) Ferrell of Smithville, Patricia (Wayne) Wilder of Estill Springs, Jerry (Delcie) Ferrell of Warren County, Tammy Neal of Smithville, Sandra South of Smithville, Billy Joe (Diane) Ferrell of Rock Island; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Evelyn Crawford of Toledo, Ohio, Dean Pinegar of McMinnville, and Jane Pinegar of McMinnville. Funeral services will be held 11:AM Friday May 5, 2023 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Curtis Young officiating and burial to follow in Webb Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 3:PM till 7:PM and Friday 9:AM until the time of the service at 11:AM. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
