Brian Julian Cuellar

Julian Cuellar age 10 of Smithville, was born September 11, 2015, and passed away Thursday afternoon, July 30, 2026, in a drowning accident at Center Hill Lake.  Julian was at student at Northside Elementary and was going to be in the 5th grade this year.  He attended Iglesia Mishkan Lugar de Adoration in Lebanon.  He is survived by his father, Luis Cuellar of Smithville; mother, Tiffany Perrigan of Smithville; two brothers, Jose Manuel Cuellar and Eden Cuellar; grandparents, Isabel Arrellan, Angel Cuellar and Beronica Perrigan; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.  Funeral services will be conducted 4 PM Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.  Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday 11 AM until the time of the service at 4 PM.  For those who knew and loved Julian and would like to donate to help with his funeral expenses, may do so at the funeral home.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Cuellar family.
