Carl Douglas Pedigo

Carl Douglas Pedigo age 64 of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday morning, September 14, 2025 at Vanderbilt Bedford in Shelbyville.  He was born July 6, 1961 to his parents, Roy Lee and Melba Wall Pedigo.  Carl was preceded in death by his grandparents, Martin and Mary Pedigo, Green and Maud Wall and a brother-in-law, Billy Eudean Pack.  He was a tool & die worker and was affiliated with the Smithville Church of God.  Carl loved the Lord, his family, fishing, being on the lake and coming home to the Pedigo farm.  He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife and love of his life, Becky Hale Pedigo; step-son, Byron Wilson; parents, Roy and Melba Pedigo; brother, Scott Pedigo; sisters, Debra (Miles) Malone, Tamie Pack and Suzanne Pedigo; nephews, Christopher Pack, Derek (Cora) Pack, Granger (Kristen) Malone, Jacob Pedigo, and Brock (Neely) Pedigo; niece, Leslie (Josh) Tramel; great-nieces and nephews, Austin Pack, Lee Tramel, Vivian Pack, Everett Pack, Teagan Pedigo, Luke Tramel, Douglas Pack and Henry Pedigo; special friends, Jeff and Tamera Smith.  The family has honored Carl's request to be cremated and a Memorial Service will be held 4 PM Sunday, September 21, 2025 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating.  Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, September 21, 2025 2 PM until the time of the Memorial Service at 4 PM.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Pedigo family.
