David Gray Vanderpool

David Gray Vanderpool age 77 of Liberty passed away Saturday March 14, 2020 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro.  He was born July 14, 1942 to his parents, the late James Frank & Lora Dell Mathis Vanderpool.  Mr. Vanderpool was a retired truck driver for 19 years for Fakes & Hooker Lumber Co. in Lebanon and a member of Cave Springs Missionary Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be held 1:PM Tuesday at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bros. Wilson Williams and Michael Hale officiating and burial to follow in Sycamore Cemetery in Woodbury.  Visitation with the family will be Monday 3:PM until 8:PM and Tuesday 10:AM until the time of the funeral at 1:PM.  Survivors include Brother: Randy (Kim) Vanderpool of Liberty; Niece: Brianna Cumming of Carthage; Several cousins also survive.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
