Debra Sue (Mingle) Shattuck

Debra Sue Shattuck age 68 was born December 5, 1954, in Buffalo, NY to her parents, the late Harry Irvin and Helena Elizabeth Love Mingle and departed this walk of life peacefully on Wednesday night September 27, 2023, at the Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville.  She was a seamstress and enjoyed making hats and a member of the Snow Hill Methodist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Shattuck and sister, Judy Love.  She leaves to cherish her memory, son, Steven Shattuck of Pennsylvania; sister, Patricia Page of New York; granddaughter, Gabrielle; host of nieces and nephews and her church family at Snow Hill Methodist Church with Pastor Kenneth Clayton.  The family has honored Mrs. Shattuck's request to be cremated and a Celebration of Service will be held 11:AM Saturday, October 7, 2023, at the Snow Hill Methodist Church with Bro. Kenneth Clayton officiating.  Inurnment will follow in Snow Hill Methodist Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Snow Hill Methodist Church, Jada Shinkle and Patricia Zornow for the love and support shown to Mrs. Debra.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
