Doris Blankenship Judkins age 87 of the Keltonburg Community of DeKalb County, passed away Saturday night October 11, 2025, at her residence. She was born April 24, 1938, to her parents the late Elzie and Velma Walker Blankenship. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Glynn Earl Judkins. Ms. Judkins was a member of New Union The Baptist Church and retired from Oster. She is survived by daughter, Glenisa (Joe) Willard of McMinnville; grandchildren, Megan (Warren) Drake of White House, Tn. and Matthew (Cheska) Willard of McMinnville; great-grandchildren, Sawyer and Celendia Willard of McMinnville; sister, Betty Jean Webb of McMinnville; brother-in-law, Billy Roy Judkins of Donelson. Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday October 18, 2025, at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Garry McBride officiating and internment to follow in Whorton Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday 10 AM until the time of the service at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers. the family ask that donations be made to Keltonburg United Methodist Church Food Ministry in memory of Ms. Judkins. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Judkins family.
