Frances Lee Turner Thacker age 54 of Dowelltown, passed away Thursday morning, February 24, 2022, at her residence. She was born May 27, 1967, to her parents, the late Richard Paul and Lillie Maude Turner. She was a homemaker. Ms. Frances is survived by her husband, William Thacker of Dowelltown and mother-in-law, Patricia Thacker of Smithville. The family has chosen a direct cremation and no services are planned. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
