Jerry Thomas Cantrell

Mr. Jerry Thomas Cantrell age 78 passed away at his residence in Smithville, March 11, 2021. He was born November 18, 1942 to his parents the late Ray Lee and Josephine Washer Cantrell. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Glenda Buchanan. He attended Calvary Baptist Church and was a truck driver and a farmer.  He is survived by a son, Jerry Lynn "Butch" (Kristi) Cantrell of McMinnville; daughter, Tina (Elize)  Blakely of Kentucky; son-in-law, Stanley Holland of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Logan and Adam Cantrell of McMinnville, Jason Holland of Murfreesboro,  Kevin Holland of South Carolina, Ethan Beasley, Rowan and Teegan Miller, Ryder Miller, Kayla Adams, Brayden Miller; great-grandchild, Ryan Thomas; special friend, Margie Miller of Smithville. A graveside service will be Saturday March 13, 2021 at DeKalb Memorial Gardens at 12:00 Noon.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
