Joyce Ann (Wilson) Hale

Joyce Ann Hale age 79 of Smithville passed away Wednesday September 8, 2021 at her residence.  She was born May 1, 1942 to her parents, the late Virgil Lee and Callie Fuson Wilson.  She worked at Middle Tennessee Natural Gas for many years.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother: Don Wilson; niece: Tina Young.  Funeral Services for Ms. Joyce will be held 1:PM Friday at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating and burial to follow in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.  Visitation with the family will be Thursday 4:PM until 7:PM and Friday 9:AM until the time of the service at 1:PM.  Survivors include 2 children: Craig (Patricia) Hale, Chrystal Hale both of Smithville; Grandchildren: Elizabeth Chalfant, Christen (Charles) Cox, Nicholas Hale, DaKoda Eaton; Great Grandchildren: Aviannca Chalfant, Marquez Chalfant, McKenna Miller, Aniston and Bristol Cox; Sister: Paulette Mooneyham of Smithville; Aunts: Robbie Young and Nell Young both of McMinnville; Niece: Kandy Mooneyham; Nephew: Mark Wilson.  Due to Covid, our lounge is Closed at this time and NO food or drinks are allowed in the funeral home.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
