Linda Jeanette Scott

Linda Jeanette Scott age 66 of McMinnville, passed away on Saturday May 16, 2020 at her residence.  She was born October 28, 1953 to her parents, the late Milburn and Charline Bain Scott.    Linda attended Elizabeth Chapel Baptist Church.  She is survived by 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, James (Dru) Scott of Rock Island, Donnie (Peggy) Scott of McMinnville, Ricky (Teresa) Scott of Liberty; 1 sister and brother-in-law, Judy (Mike) Fairchild of McMinnville; great-niece, Hattie Scott; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.  Due to the COVID-19, and the Governor strongly encouraging that the public component of funerals be postponed and only attended by close family members, social distancing requirements and public health safety, There will be a Private Funeral 11:AM Monday, May 18, 2020 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Bill Robertson officiating and burial will follow in Tittsworth Cemetery with Bro. Ricky Scott having prayer.   Anyone attending, PLEASE exercise Social Distancing for the health and safety of everyone.  The Service will be livestreamed at DeKalb Funeral Chapel Facebook page.   Condolences may be sent to the family on the funeral home website.  Also, any expressions of sympathy may be mailed to the funeral home at P.O.
