Manuel "Pops" Phillips Obituary

Manuel (Pop's) Phillips age 76 of Liberty, passed away Thursday January 23, 2020 at his residence. He was born March 26, 1943 to his parents, the late Phillip and Margaret Silvia Phillips. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Phillips. Mr. Phillips worked at Federal Mogul in Smyrna. He is survived by his children, Kelly Frazier of Murfreesboro, and Rebecca Phillips of Arizona; grandchildren, Austin Frazier, Jacob Frazier, Chaice Phillips; great-grandchild, Jahmir Hopson. The family has chosen direct cremation and no services are planned at this time. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
