Marilyn Jean Leck age 74 of Smithville, passed away Saturday October 10, 2020 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville. She was born June 17, 1946 to her parents, the late Herbert and Ina Langtimm. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and a homemaker. She is survived by her son, Eric Gibbs of Smithville; 1 brother, Michael Langtimm of Smithville; 3 sisters, Laura Mull of Iowa, Sharon Langtimm of Missouri and Lorene Perry of Kansas. Her family has chosen a direct cremation. A Memorial Service will be 11:AM Sunday, October 18, 2020 at Faith Baptist Church 1100 Midway Road in Smithville with Bro. Al Mahan officiating. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
