Matthew "Frog" England

Matthew "Frog" England age 52 of Smithville, passed away Saturday morning at his residence.  He was born February 28, 1973 to his parents, Cheryl Overton England and the late William Tom England.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Shane England.  Frog was a Baptist and a mechanic.  He is survived by his son, Dakota (Brittney) England of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Annslee and Marshall England; mother and step-father, Cheryl and Wendell Judkins of Smithville; two brothers, Brian (Janet) England and Robert (Stephanie) England both of Smithville; several nieces and nephews; special companion, Becky Gibbs of Smithville; step-daughter, Hope Thomas and her children, Colten and Conner; special friends, Ricky Meeks and Mary Lou McGuire.  Funeral services will be conducted 1 PM Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bros. Wendell Judkins and Shannon Cantrell officiating and burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday 3 PM until 7 PM and Wednesday 10 AM until the time of the service at 1 PM.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the England family.
