Rhonda Sue Shipman-Clements age 66 of Liberty passed away Saturday April 25, 2026, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro. She was born January 23, 1960, to her mother, Elizabeth Tidwell Shipman Eldridge and her late father, Wayne Thomas Shipman. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Shipman. Rhonda attended St. Gregory's Catholic Church and worked for the Veterans Administration Medical Services. She is survived by husband, John Clements of Liberty; step-children, Kimberly Clements, John Patrick Clements; step-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Brenner, Christopher Kelley, Cameron Kelley, Carolyn Kelley, Kiley Clements, John Clements, Casey Clements; Mother, Elizabeth (Thomas) Eldridge of Liberty; sister, Renee Davenport of Liberty; niece, Chelsea Holzer. Family and friends will meet at the Semper Fi Cemetery in Liberty for a graveside service and interment Thursday April 30, 2026, at 3 PM with Father James officiating. There will not be any visitation or services held at the funeral home. In addition to flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the Carmel Center, in memory of Rhonda. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Shipman-Clements family.
