Sally J. (Troyer) Potts

Sally J. Troyer Potts age 64 of Smithville, passed away March 10, 2022, at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital ER from injuries received in an automobile accident.  She was born March 5, 1958, to her parents the late, John R. and Amanda Yoder Troyer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, R. C. Potts. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ, a caregiver and homemaker.  Ms. Potts is survived by siblings, Mary J., Rudy J., Andy J., and Lovina J. Troyer; friends, Charlie Lawson, Jessie Mashburn and her Church Family.  Funeral services will be held 1:PM Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Charlie Lawson officiating and burial to follow in Jennings Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday 3:00PM till 7:00PM and on Tuesday 10:00AM until the time of the service at 1:00PM at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. The funeral home lounge is closed at this time and NO Food or Drinks are allowed in the building. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
