Stacy "Jed" Goodman

Stacy "Jed" Goodman age 59, passed away Wednesday June 10, 2026 at his home.  He was born August 15, 1966 to his parents, William Lloyd and Patricia Turner Goodman.  He was preceded in death by wife, Patsy Goodman; grandparents, William Riley and Clara Mae Goodman, Everett and Wavey Turner; son, Josh Cripps; brother-in-law, Glenn Johnson; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Shirley and Larry Pedigo.  Mr. Goodman was a member of Keltonburg United Methodist Church and worked as a machine mechanic.  He is survived by his parents, William Lloyd and Patricia Goodman; sisters, Vickie Johnson and Mitz Ackerman; children, William Justin Goodman and Travis (Bethany) Bogle; grandchildren, Kaylee Goodman, Madison Bogle, Nicolas Bogle, Shelbi Bogle, Landon Colwell, and McKayla Colwell; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Tammy Dinkins; and aunt, Wanda Silver.  The family has honored Mr. Goodman's request to be cremated.  A Graveside Memorial Service will be 2 PM Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at Young Cemetery in the Keltonburg Community.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Goodman family.
