Steven Ray Blackford

Steven Ray Blackford age 74 of Smithville passed away Friday night at N H C Healthcare of Smithville. He was born November 22, 1950 to his parents the late Wallace and Eva Mae Wenger Blackford. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brother Douglas Blackford. Mr. Blackford was of the Lutheran Faith and was Disabled. He is survived by 2 brothers, John Blackford of Wisconsin, and Dennis Blackford of Smithville; sister, Susan Pullin of Smithville: several nieces and nephews also survive. The family has honored Mr. Blackford's request to be cremated. The family is planning a private Memorial Service at a later date. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Blackford family.
