Thomas Joseph Haberman

Thomas Joseph Haberman age 75 of Smithville, passed away Sunday afternoon, August 3,2025 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro. Tom was born September 2, 1949, to his parents, the late George and Kathleen "Kitty" McKitrick Haberman. He was a Christian and U. S. Navy Veteran and worked in real estate and heavy truck sales. He is survived by wife, Diane Haberman of Smithville; daughter, Kelly (Daryl) Odom of Columbia; Brother, George (Barb) Haberman of Maryland; Sister, Mary (Richard) Dlugopolski of Pennsylvania; several nieces and nephews also survive.  The family has honored Mr. Haberman's request to be cremated. A memorial visitation will be held for his Tennessee family and friends on Friday, August 15, from 1 PM until 3 PM with Military Honors at 3 PM. The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date in Pennsylvania.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Haberman family.
