Jobyna Lockhart Ferrell

Jobyna Lockhart Ferrell age 76 of Smithville passed away Sunday night, July 15, 2018 at her residence.  She was born January 20, 1942 to her parents, the late Albert and Eula Swanger Lockhart.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jewell Brown Ferrell; son, Larry Gregory Strange; sister, Dottie Hixson.  She was a Baptist and a homemaker.  She is survived by 1 son, Jeffery Todd Strange of Smithville and 1 sister, Wilbalene Crocker of South Pittsburgh, TN.  Graveside services and interment will be 11:AM Wednesday July 18, 2018 at Whorton Springs Cemetery with Bro. Michael Hale officiating.  There will not be any services or visitation at the funeral home.  Family and friends will meet at the cemetery for the service.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
