Pamela Jean Barrett Neal age 57 of Smithville, passed away Saturday evening at NHC HealthCare of Mt. Juliet. She was born January 25, 1965 to her parents, the late James Alton and Elizabeth Catherine Raines Barrett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Christy Jean Martin. She was disabled and a non-denominational. Survivors include 1 son, Troy Cunningham of Lancaster; grandchildren, Isaac Martin, Allie Evans and Zaylyn Anderson; sister, Selesa Barrett of Smithville; 2 brothers, Lee Barrett of Portland and Shane Barrett of Nashville; nieces and nephew, Amy Lynn Roe, Miranda Colwell and Matthew Colwell. The arrangements for Pamela are incomplete at this time and will be announced later. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
