Remega Kaye (Combs) Nelson

Remega Kaye Nelson age 59 of Graysville, TN passed away Tuesday night, September 11, 2018 at her residence.  She was born February 15, 1959 to her parents, George Walton Combs and Mary Ella Bilbrey Combs Halferty.  She was preceded in death by 3 children, Michelle Beasley, Leighanne Cripps and Nickey Reese, Jr. and 1 brother, George Thomas Combs.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Sequoya Holiness Church.  Survivors include her husband, Kelly Nelson of Graysville, TN; 3 grandchildren, Madison Leigh Cripps, Kaylor Landon Reese and Megiabell Leighanne South; mother, Mary Halferty of Dayton, OH; father, George Combs of Miamisburg, OH; 2 sisters, Lola Marie Centeno and Dana Lynn Plewe both of Dayton, OH; 2 brothers, Richard Walton Combs of Bellbrook, OH and Donald Edward Halferty of Dayton, OH.  Funeral services will be conducted 2:PM Friday, September 14, 2018 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating and burial will follow in DeKalb Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be on Friday 10:AM until the time of the service at 2:PM.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
