Mrs. Helen Loraine Green age 81 of Smithville, passed away Friday morning, September 30, 2016 at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital in Smithville.  She was born March 10, 1935 to her parents, the late Gus and Mary Bradford Angelo.  She was a member of the Sunny Hills Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker.  Helen is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bill Green of Smithville; 3 children, Bill Brown of McMinnville, Terri Brown of Hartsville, and Jennifer (Donnie) Roller of Smithville; 5 grandchildren, Madison Brown, Christian Coble Brown, Logan Roller, Ethan Roller and Jessica (Ricardo) Perez; 3 great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Jordan and Ariana Perez.  Funeral services will be conducted 2:PM Sunday, October 2, 2016 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Brother John Jones officiating and burial to follow in Webb Cemetery at Bluff Springs.  Visitation with the family will be on Saturday 2:PM until 8:PM and Sunday 12 Noon until the time of the service at 2:PM.  DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
